DELIVERY & RETURNS

POSTAGE
All orders are picked and packed within two business days from when you have placed your order. Parcels are sent 2nd class which means you should receive your goodies within 3-5 days.
Orders below £50 - £4 postage

Orders above £50 - free postage

If you want your goodies quicker, we can post them 1st class but there will be an additional cost for this. Just get in touch to let us know (lbwithlove@gmail.com) and we can get it sorted out.
We currently only post to UK addresses.
COLLECTION
Collection is free. You are welcome to collect your purchases from our HQ (aka my house – 30 Bonaly Grove, Edinburgh, EH13 0QD), or from a member of our sales team. You can usually collect from HQ in a few hours from ordering if required. Collection from a member of the sales team will take longer so just contact them to discuss.
DAMAGES
We hope you’re going to love your purchases as much as we do. All items are quality checked before they are bagged and boxed up. But, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt and we’ll get a replacement to you as quickly as we can.
