I tried to get used to face masks but I seemed to spend my entire time trying to adjust it, whilst my glasses steamed up and I got hot and bothered. So, Jason Leitch (Scotland's National Clinicial Director) says that you just need something to cover your mouth and nose, like a scarf or a buff. Having googled "buff", I found that these are the answer to my problems!
These buffs are made of 100% microfiber, so they're soft, stretchable and breathable -
These are for adults so my next search is to find some for kids.
